Mushrooms
The common edible boletus is one of the mushrooms which have excellent taste qualities and very nice aroma. It is the mushroom people most search for among the wild growing mushrooms and it is considered as a real delicates. The edible boletus starts growing with hot and rainy weather in May and they are picked until late fall. Our edible boletus are cut in thin slices and dried in a natural way, without additives and preservatives, collected from an ecologically pure regions of Bulgaria. They have a rich taste, which is both stable and delicious. Several pieces are enough for aromatization of an omelet, of sauces, soups, pasta, stew, meat.
