The Bulgarian Association for Management Development and Entrepreneurship (BAMDE), is a national, non-governmental, non-profit organisation. It acts as a platform for professional management development and maintains contacts with national and international organisations in this field.

A. Co-operation Agreements
Reciprocal Membership Agreement, together with the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD)
Agreement of collaboration for the delivery in Bulgaria of the EXECUTIVE DIPLOMA IN MANAGEMENT- LEVEL 7 of the CHARTERED MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (CMI) – London concluded between the Institute of Management Development (IMD), Thessaloniki, Greece (an approved centre of the CMI) and BAMDE, in the role of local host of training activities.
B. Preparation of Business Successors Initiative
Recognizing that the problem with succession and continuity in development of business is growing BAMDE together with the Institute for Entrepreneurship Development (IED) at the University for National and World Economy (UNWE) already offer solutions in this direction that to help separate entrepreneurs and owners.
The process of preparing the future successors-entrepreneurs goes through four phases:
• Initial selection and training preparation (identification);
• General training (forming the basis for development);
• Specialized training and consulting;
• Support and continuing development of the young entrepreneur/ manager (escort)
Training and consulting entrepreneurs and their successors is performed by highly qualified local and foreign experts and consultants who are both very familiar with western practice and have rich experience in Bulgaria.
